We grew up in New Hampshire, surrounded by the people and places that make the Lakes Region what it is.
After spending time away for school and work, we both felt drawn back home. We wanted to take what we learned and put it toward something that supports the businesses and communities that raised us.
We met through mutual friends during Emily’s senior year at Plymouth State University and quickly realized we shared the same goal: to build something meaningful here in New Hampshire and help local businesses grow without losing what makes them special.

The name Northaus reflects both where we’re from and how we work. “North” is a nod to living and working here in New Hampshire, while “haus” comes from the German word for “house” — a welcoming place for support, collaboration, and community.

We start with a conversation. We’ll ask a few questions about your business, what you’re currently doing online, and what feels frustrating or confusing. From there, we recommend something simple that actually makes sense for you.
Do I need to understand social media to work with you?
Not at all. Many of our clients don’t enjoy social media or don’t have time for it — that’s why we’re here. We explain things clearly and handle the posting so you don’t have to.
How does pricing work?
We don’t use one-size-fits-all packages. Every business is a little different, so pricing is based on your needs. After the initial consultation, we’ll recommend a clear, straightforward option that aligns with your business and your budget.
